Internet Explorer Users: Please select the option to Open the .ZIP file or the option to Save and then immediately Open the .ZIP file. If you save the .ZIP file and attempt to open it at a later time, you will get the error message, “The compressed (zipped) folder id invalid or corrupted,” because it will no longer have the associated information needed to decode the HTTP compression.  This is not an issue with Firefox or Chrome browsers.
